One of my FAVORITE books I read during pregnancy to prepare! I highly highly recommend it to ANYONE in childbearing years!
Helped me feel much more confident, positive and informed going into motherhood. I also loved how it refocused me on the spiritual side of birth and helped me get rid of a lot of selfish anxieties.
