Alexander’s Amazing Adventures – great way to teach kids values

I am all about teaching my kids to be responsible, honorable boys.  I came across this program, Alexander’s Amazing Adventures.

It is based on Teaching Your Children Values by The Eyre’s.  I read that book years ago and loved what it proposed, focusing on a different value for each month.   I think we did that for a year, back when I only had 2 boys.  I recently found out they had a program to help teach the values which included stories to listen to.

My family loves listening to stories, especially as we drive places.  (Family trips, carpool to school – which is 20 minutes each way)  So I knew this would be a great way to do the program again, this time for my little one as well as my big boys.

We started last month and I have really enjoyed the story for the month as well as the easy activities they suggest.

I wanted to let all our readers know about it, and they have a coupon for 33% off through Monday.  (To get the discount, simply use the promo code “THANKS”)

We don’t get any money from this, just wanted to let you all know.  I am glad to have done this program with my big boys when they were little and extra happy to have this extra help doing it again.  Something about the story brings it to life and helps the kids really connect with the value and see how to apply it in their lives.
