I am helping to prepare for our Relief Society Birthday Celebration. I offered to pull together a skit celebrating the history of women of the Gospel, starting from the time of Jesus through our future Relief Society sisters. (We have a 9 year old coming in and doing something). I pulled from different resources online and found so many great things, it was hard to narrow everything down.
I am so excited about it and was amazed at all the things women have done in Relief Society to make a difference in the world. I hope my Relief Society Sisters enjoy it!
I suggested we read Daughters of Our Kingdom for one of my book clubs and that is so inspiring as well. What an amazing gift that was given to us last year from the church. If you haven’t taken the time to read it yet, please do, you will be amazed.
I also have been writing my history of conversion to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, in a series of blog posts. That has been fun!
Here is what I have written so far.
