I thought this was just going to be a collection of birth stories, so I held off from getting it. That was my loss. This book is full of wisdom and thoughtful commentary on what it means to be a woman. I learned a lot from reading this book, and gained a greater insight into who I am, and what my personal purpose in life is. I think this book would be a wonderful book for any woman to read, no matter if she is a mother or not.
